At Canvas & Charms, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping rates apply. Fulfilment is 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.
- International Shipping: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with delivery times varying by destination. It takes 10-30 days to deliver.
- Personalized Orders: all personalized items take up to 14 days to produce, and then you can add corresponding shipping time.
Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey to you.
Customs and Import Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages
- Canvas & Charms is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they are shipped. If you encounter an issue, please reach out to the carrier directly.
- In case of emergencies, weather, etc. please add corresponding numbers for shipping time. Packages damaged due to reasons not connected with Canvas & Charms operations can be reimbursed from shipping services with insurance proof.
