Important: No refunds or store credits will be issued until the returned item has been physically received by us. This ensures that all customers fulfill their purchase agreement before any refund is processed.
Return Window:
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible, your item must:

Final Sale Items:
Some items are marked as final sale. As a courtesy, we may allow returns on final sale items at our discretion. In such cases, the above rules still apply: refunds will only be issued once we receive the returned item.

We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval or without following these instructions will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

If shipping to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition as received.
Refunds:
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
